unreleased music
« on: August 30, 2002, 07:28:34 AM »
is it just me or does it seem like 90% of the unreleased rap on the web is from Death Row artists like 2Pac, Snoop, DPG, Dre, etc.  I wonder why that is.  Why are there no unreleased songs from like the twinz, warren g, celly cel, spice 1, luniz, mac dre, c-bo, wc, ice cube, bone thugs, etc.

yeah I got that one, I pretty much have almost every unreleased known song on the web that has a dpgc affiliate in it.  I would really like to hear some unreleased stuff by others.  How is that one unreleased bone album- faces of death?

this one was released 1997 on the "Smokin Me Out" single along with the epmd radio remix of "I Shot The Sheriff" and "Smokin Me Out" radio version + album version.

I was actually thinking about this the other day. I came to the conclusion that there probably is just as much unreleased shit for other cats, but I don't have interest in them. But I could be wrong. Who knows.

I think hiphop in general has a big unreleased "market", good point btw, I was thinkin about this, what if I was a ex. rock-fan, I probably wouldn't have all those tight unreleased underground stuff. So I m happy to be a DPGC-collector so I can search the net 4 unreleased, cdq, .... tracks  ;D

That's something I noticed about the people who post on this board... alot of you are mostly collectors... not really fans.  But you are fans though..

I think that mostly goes for you people overseas.. I know AcGrundy is really into his West Coast shit.. but alot of other poeple are really into hunting down mp3's on the net.... Maybe it's because it's really hard to find shit over there so they have to look shit up on tha net... That's cool... but sometimes it seems like you guys like a song more if it's Unreleased... like it's worth more or something...

I dont know... I'm high.
