All I know is my oldest cousin is a consert promoter, and he meet Frank V for a consert. He even told me of some tight ass songs that I had downloaded by Proper Dos. Can't think of them off the top of my head, but Frank V. is from L.A., I don't think East Los, but I'ma check. He said they had a consert in Arizona, and they couldn't get him to there 'cause he was in probation and couldn't leave the state. He told me that out of everyone, Frank V was a straight G, no bullshit gimmicks. And everything I've heard from Proper Dos is a tight track. They have to be 2, 'cause Proper Dos just means Proper 2, and I was only told of Frank V and D.J. Ernie G, never heard of anyone else.
