Who's The Best In The WEST?

Whatup y'all, who do you think is the best rapper in the West?
By best I don't necessarily mean most lyrical just who is the best overall - style, lyrics, flow, beats, crew he rolls with/rhymes etc. I'd be really interested to see what y'all think.

Dr. Dre is my favorite artist from the West though.

DRE he makes bomb ass shit and brought Hip Hop in general up and he is one of the originators to bring the west up on the map with his talent and his great beat making abilities
