Could somebody please explain to me or link me to a website that explains the US's new puppet government in Iraq? How does it work. Who decides the president/prime minister/congress/house? The people voted a week ago, but what exactly did they vote for? And what happens next? When does the change of power actually change hands from puppet interim prime minister Iyad Allawi to the next US puppethead? I'd be appreciative of any information anybody has. Thanks, peace.
