Man imo Death Row is hella better. I'm not talking about record sales, or about which label is better runned, cause in this case Aftermath hands down. But for real Death Row helped the West Coast gangsta Rap like no other record labels has ever done! I mean they outsold East Coast labels in the golden era of hip-hop!! Plus they did it making only classic/platinum albums. Shit i dont care if 50 Cent or Eminem keeps selling millions and millions!! They cant be compared to Doggystyle, Chronic, All Eyez On Me, Makaveli, Dogg Food, etc.. no way! I still go with DR.

Well i think no-one would argue Aftermath is runned better than Death Row, talking about promoting albums, selling albums, having good relationships with MTV and BET, having better media exposure, having NY radio's playing their shit, having Interscope, having... the 3 most selling rappers of the moment in Eminem, 50 Cent & Game signed to their label, running things, etc..

But still..

its really not a big deal
same person who was responsible for the quality of all reelases till pac came in runs aftermath
so realistically we r counting the same thing
but any ways Needles Kane  misunderstood me
wat i was saying eminem sold more than tha row's catalogue from 1992-1996 or till pac's death
which means am counting all eyez on me and makaveli
eminem sold 26 million copies in the us alone

CLASSIC.... west is BACK

but since 2pac is the top selling rap artist, he has sold more than eminem

so actually 2pac has sold more than any artist on aftermath (not put together of course)

Hello, did someone seem to forget it was Dre that made Deathrow?  IMO, Aftermath is much better but, can't forget about the albums that was done when Dre was on DR but, after he left, DR is another bullshit label that can't put out a sub quality album..  GARBAGE!

2Pac - All Eyez On Me (6 Million)
Dr. Dre - The Chronic (4 Million)
Snoop Dogg - Doggystyle (5 Million)
Tha Dogg Pound - Dogg Food (2 Million)
Above The Rim Soundtrack - (2 Million)
Murder Was The Case Soundtrack - (2 Million)

^^^^^those numbers are from 1996, the Makaveli album sales weren't added as yet and that's 21 Million and Death Row had already made 170 Million dollars.

I don't know tha current numbers for these releases:

Makaveli
R U Still Down? (Remember Me)
2Pac - Greatest Hits
Still I Rise
The Rose That Grew From Concrete
Until The End Of Time
Better Dayz
Nu-Mixx Klazzics
2Pac Live
Tha Doggfather
Dead Man Walkin'
Death Row's: Snoop Doggy Dogg Greatest Hits
Death Row Greatest Hits
Suge Knight Represents: Chronic 2000 (Still Smokin')
Tha Dogg Pound - 2002
Daz Dillinger - Retaliation, Revenge and Get Back
Dsyfunktional Family Soundtrack

death row doesnt own any rights to pacs material anymore, his mom owns it all

Makaveli
2Pac - Greatest Hits
Still I Rise
Nu-Mixx Klazzics
2Pac Live

Suge Knight is the Executive Producer of those albums. They're Death Row or Death Row/Amaru albums.

I dont really give a fuck because kurupt is 10 times better than nething aftermath has to offer regardless of how many albums he sells.

he doesny have the promotion they do and still gotti's greatist hits has done pretty well so far with no exposure at all.

Kurupt>any artist on Aftermath
