It depends what your definition of present is.  If it's just in 2005 then you don't have much to choose from, I'll go with The Geto Boys. 
If it's the last couple of years I'll stick with Little Brother.  The Listening hasn't even been out for 2 years yet (released March 18, 2003), so you have that with the other two albums I mentioned plus thier mixtape Chitlin' Circuit: The Mixtape.  I'm sticking with them for sure.
