The only good Dutch rapper is Extince. The rest of all Dutch MC's are wack, except for the group act Postmen.

whahahaha, you obviously dont know the dutch rap game, there are much more dope rappers then extince. For example: THC and DHC next upcoming acts. They spit some real shit.

 IAM ( a french group) . Their lyrics are very dope (the beats too) and their songs mean something(unlike most of songs nowadays " I'll take u in the candy shop or when I say Yeah"  ???)

If I hear them and I think they're wack, I'm not gonna say they're actually good. I've heard tracks of them and I've even seen Opgezwolle live ;) :P

i dont really like german rap...
BUT
one group that i really enjoy is the german group 'Deichkind':
check out this flow, but its really a shame that you probably wont understand it, b/c its hilarious. its a battletrack, theyre dissing each other trough the whole track
