There's this guy named Ed Townsend that died last year, he was a songwriter from the 50's and the 60's, did a lot of work with Curtis Mayfield, and the Impressions... He wrote Marvin Gaye's "Lets Get It On".

Anyways, I saw him on one of those PBS oldies concerts, and he came out (he was this like 70, 75 year old man) and had a big hat on that said "Big Poppa".

He came out and went

"When I was comin' up, there were these guys that would write songs, and they'd say things like... I'd cross the widest ocean for you... I swim the deepest river... I'd climb the Highest mountain!... so I thought, I can do better than that, so I said...."

"For Your Love" - Ed Townsend, 1958

For your love, oh, I would do anything
I would do anything, for your love.

For your kiss (ahh, ahh, ahh, ahh),
Oh, I would go anywhere (ahh, ahh, ahh, ahh)
I would go (ahh, ahh, ahh, ahh),
Anywhere, for your kiss.

More foolish I grow with each heartbeat,
But we all get foolish, that's why I repeat.
For your love (ahh, ahh, ahh, ahh),
Oh, I would do anything (ahh, ahh, ahh, ahh)
I would do anything, for your kiss.

I would do anything, for your love (anything, anything, anything)
For your love (ahh, ahh, ahh, ahh, ahh, ooh).

Where Im from, sacrificing your time and resources for bitches is a feminine trait.

I dont believe in that lovey dovey shit. I believe in mutual obligation and partnership becauses its in both parties interests.  In that case, if ya bitch is leaving you, her interests do not co incide with yours. So you could go to Timbuktu and back, and buy a whole fuckin greenhouse, but that bytch aint coming back to you. Plus, if your Dick game is phenomenal, it over rides all love considerations.

If that bitch cant swim.......well, Tech dont carry life savours on him.

How many of those 640 posts were spent thinking about the typos of other posters? Pathetic.
