Work out routines? How many People?

How many People have lifting and workout plans and what are they. also what is peoples max for bench. I will reply tomorrow cuz im too stoned too right now..

I use a powerlifting routine from westside barbell club in columbus ohio, hit a max of 315 on bench recently.  You can read about the workout at elitefts.com

i workout..  but i dont bench press...

i do lots of cardio... i'm after being fit.. losing a lil weight.. increasing stamina.. etc...

20 mins on exercise bike..
10 mins on rowing machine..
15 mins on cross-trainer..


also do some machiney type weights.. which i do 2 sets on..
dunno what you'd call that..

Shoulder Press - which i hate..
Chest Press - not so bad..
Lat Pulldown - not too bad..
Leg Press - easy.. got good legs me :)
'The Fly' - bit of a weird one.. only just started doing this one..
its supposed to do same muscles as "shoulder press"..
they said if i dont like shoulder press to do this one..
but i'mma do both :)

i'm adjusting the weights so i do more 'reps' per set (up to 25..)
instead of just doign smaller sets with more weights..

i figure its better if i'm doing more of a lesser weight up to the '25' per set..
if i start finding it easy / consistently doing 25/25s i'll up the weights


i go twice a week without fail.. sometimes 3...
and i skateboard on sundays and some weeknights

I dont bench anymore, I'm afraid of it but before my max was only 150.  Now I try and go 2-3 times a week but just to lift.

I do 5 minutes on a bike which coems out to about 2 miles uphill to get my heart rate up then I go and hit weights, Shoulder press 85 lbs. 50 times, 5 sets of 10 then I do the same with everything, Rowing machine 85, butterfly 85 and then I do 20 lbs freweights 50 on each arm curls and then I do 3 sets of "21's" with 10 lbs

Ill prolly go in a couple of hours actually

I go to the gym 4 days a week I do a 4 day split Chest/ Tris, Back/Bis, Shoulders/legs, Abs and Cardio Brush up day.I do Cardio after every lfting day.  One day a week I hit the punching bag for 30 minutes and I do Polymetrics another day. So I do alot

I don't lift anymore, but I'm gonna start in the near future.  I weigh 200 pounds, 2 weeks ago I weighed 210 pounds, but then I got sick of it and went on a diet.  I eat 1000 calories or less a day, and I'm going to continue doing that until I weigh 180 pounds.  Once I get to 180 pounds, I'm going to join a gym again to gain muscle mass.

at the moment i'm just after getting fit , before i rejoin the gym  this summer.

stretch(five minute)
run in place (5 minutes)
run(15 minutes)
push ups (10-30 repetitions)
sit ups (10-30 repetitions)
push ups (same as before with the same number of repetitions)
sit ups
push ups
sit ups
with 0 rest intervales between
run(15 minutes)

i dont feel like typin my whole fuckin routine but i got everyday for about 2 - 3 hours at the gym ive recently stopped doin cardio and more weights. right now i am benchin a max of 230 and i weight 220



maybe later wen i feel like it ill post my routin

thats a pretty stupid thing to do, to lose weight up your water intake, you wont lose 20 pounds by having 1000 cals daily and if you do, you will gain it back straight away, eat regularly , every2 -3 hours but small meals.

and i workout

day 1 - chest/ triceps

day2 - biceps/back/forearms

day 3 - shoulders/legs/abs

on the other days I kickbox and so on.

hey if anybody has any weightlifting Q's shoot em here I mite be able to answer.

I just go the gym..lift weights...try to work everybody..and hope to god i get some muscles before summer comes around

Right now I'm trying to get really lean, so I've been doing lots a cardio and a little bit of weight training to keep the muscle tone up. My only probably is I eat all the wrong things lol.

I try to go to the gym twice a week (doesn't always work though...every now & then I'm loaded with work for university), but when I do go, I train everything: chest, arms, legs, shoulder, etc...

I go to the gym 3 days a week. I do light wieghts but 15 reps. This routine is more for toning muscle. If you want to bulk you need to do heavier wieghts but less reps. Fuck Cardio... it just makes you loose calories which makes you loose wieght and muscle. Lifting weights is better then cardio because you the more muscle you gain the more fat you loose. Cardio is only good if your old and want to keep your heart in shape. Walking 30 minutes a day is enough cardio for people under like 60...so skip cardio unless you want to be a skinny mo fo.

If you want to get big, you should take whey protein after you work out and eat at least 6 times a day.

My routine is like this:

Monday - Chest, and triceps
Wednesday - Biceps, Back, and Shoulders
Friday - Legs, Abs...
