Word homie....I remember that feeling....

I lost my favorite acts in Hip-hop within that era.
As soon as Pac was taken from us.....I Knew Big was gone, it's a sad situation.

I hope we are hyping it up, Cause in the West we do shitt different than the east......"We handle our Danm Thang"

Well Ok, this was a dope Snoop track, and him & Daz are the only ones dissing Suge and all, but this track is nothing like Hit Em Up, even if you got the same feeling. Snoops flow was good, but it aint enough for a diss track. this wont change the rap game at all (i hope so)

Man obviously Pac was on top in 1996 and Snoop aint on top now, so Pac's flow was just perfect. But the feeling is that Hit Em Up officialized the war. And the drama. I feel like this track (no matter the flow!) just officialized another war. Drama coming.

If it's Snoop to diss, it's not like Daz. I mean.. he moves things. Now Daz, Xzibit, Tray Deee, Soopa... they will all HAVE TO join the war. It's like NATO. And USA just attacked enemy. The others have to make it a World War.

Feel me?

Naw, i dont think that's the theme of the song. That's a diss, man. And Snoop is just trying to motivate his homies showing how it's possible to diss Suge. Cause crips got his back. I dont see it like Snoop's alone. He just entered the war, imo. That's the feeling i got.

Music is feeling. That's mine right now. It doesnt care if it's the right one, but that's mine right now. It's tight.

I don`t talk about the theme of the song, i talk about why he did it.

You know, before 1996 there were about 15 years filled with rap beefs and diss-tracks! Remember Ice-T vs LL; LL vs Kool Moe Dee; BDP vs Juice Crew, to name just a few...

And it (usually) stayed on wax...

After the killings of Pac & BIG it seemed that people became too afraid to diss, and you 'fans' became scared of losing more artists because of a diss...

As long as the official word is that both Pac and BIG murders had nothing to do with them dissing each other (even though we might suspect something different...) we should stop being scared about more people dying over beefs, cause that just give fans (or to name a better, but played-out term, Stans) a reason to go and kill the rival of the favorite artist...

Cause that way they might make a name for them selves...

Rap beef and rappers dissing each other is a part of the rap culture, and is part of it since almost day one...

Going by the official word (that Pac was killed by that Orlando dude, and his murder had nothing to do with his beef with the East Coast...) people should lose their fear of beefs...

Unless we know that Suge Knight is involved...

::)

But besides, even if Suge is involved, he has to know that if another big name rapper is killed and his name gets mentioned once again he will be in big trouble...

Unless he makes it look like an accident (post your Left Eye theories here...  :-/)

Honestly, i doubt anything will happen... why... snoop aint in the spot light anymore... no one cares... back in 96, tupac was the number one rapper and he spit hard... and fell the same way
