maybe not brand them like the nazis did to the jews, but more like know who has is and who doesnt.  std's have become a real problem, and i think its only fair to know if your bed buddy is dirty. haha thats the nicest way i could put it.

i think thats a good idea too, drugs should be discounted, although you can go to free clinics and get some treatments for, well, free

the military has the best rules when regarding HIV/AIDS

mandatory testing every 6 months...

if positive, you are told by a counselor...

if it is found that you passed it on after you've been informed of your condition, you are charged with manslaughter and a few extra charges

if you become too sick to work, or you're in a field that's hazardous to others, you get the boot

-------------------------------------
now up to the last part, you are pretty much controlled by law, not to spread the disease/ of course this doesn't prevent someone from spreading it (1 night stands and such) but there should be laws against spreading shit like AIDS...you're fucking killing someone slow

Dont you think they are trying to find a cure, theres no way to stop it spreading either if people are still gonna be irresponsible.

some states you have to, by law, tell your partner that you have something. So I think that's cool but no tagging.
