It is interesting why Dre wasn't part of this cd. X was great with Eminem and Snoop on Bitch Please 2. I saw X's new video on MTV when this album first came out. It was weak as hell. I can see why this album floppped.

the album went gold homie...so it didnt flop

Hate to say it but, WOMD is Xzibit's worst album together with 40 Dayz.. Sorry guys, too bad X never got signed to the Math or Shady-camp, Xzibit fell off with this album. He got the best exposure possible with the Pimp My Ride-show, plus he hosted the WMA just weeks before the release of the album, still the shit flopped as fuck. No wonder. 2-3 quality songs rest crap. Not even the commercial first single was any fire at all for the mass. Bad choice of producers, or there were too many producers for one album

It's odd this thread jumped back up.  I just listened to this album an hour ago.
It was the best westcoast album to come out last year.

solid album... but it's definetly NOT better than restless or man vs. machine... and dre didnt even do that many cuts on mvm he produced 2 and mixed a few...

mvm came so much harder, and x spat some real shit... the first single mean muggin put me off WOMD... mvm is a way more solid album, less repetitive and less skipable tracks.

i give rappers the "1 wack cd" rule... i buy their cd's until i buy a garbage one, then i stop checking for them... MvM was xzibit's garbage cd
