Proof's verse from "Revelation" & Em's verse from "Fight Music" are 'inspirational' for that sorta thing. If I were you, I'd bump Bizarre's new song "It Was A Bad Day" like 5 times over and over...I'd be in a seriously violent mood after that. Knock out the first person I'd see  ;D
