who is well educated in the Crusades of 1095 ?? could you post up your learnings ?

there were many of them through the ages, to be the reasons for them are everything from the spread of christianity, to uniting christians, to forming a christina state in the holy land, to getting more money for roma to more power for the pope

to bad they were mostly unsuccessful

there was also a children's crusade...they made it half way then they were sold into slavery or died from disease...

read up on it on the internet, it's some interesting stuff

most the sites i checked on the internet just state dates and movements, not really theory behind it all...
