the only album either had go platinum was dogg food... kurupt never went plat...he was dissappointed and thats why he went back to the row...daz...will never go plat...because there is never promotion for his albums cause they are indy...

Remember when DPG Recz said they got 100 000 pre-orders or somtihn for The Life I Lead, lol, and now all of a sudden its 46 000. i knew this 100k didnt mean shit. and he wont go platinum with Cuzzins (if that  will ever drop). and that will drop on MCA, and look what they did to the DOggystyle Compilation. Shit promotion, this one is not goin to sell gold

I remember Dillinger & Young Gotti sol like 300 000, that was pretty good though, with no promotion at all.

I aint hatin though, both albums were dope as fuck.

Fuck I know one reason why daz don't get many sales.  Its cause there is too many damn cheap ass bootlegers.  Even a lot of people who come to this board.  This is a damn West Coast Rap board, so if you ain't into west coast rap I don't know why you would come here.  And if you do come here and don't buy any west coast albums then you yourself are hurting the west coast rap scene.  If you like the album enough to d/l and or burn then don't be a cheap ass, and go shell out $15 for the album.  Damn so many of these west coast artists do not get the respect they deserve.  I understand the people who live oversees and don't buy some albums cause they don't come out over there.  Much respect to the real fans who support the artists.  To those that burn all their albums- what goes around comes around.
