9th wonder, big pooh and phonte from Little Brother, jean grae, dame grease and the lenox ave boyz, the perceptionists - akrobatik, masta ace, sean price and a whole bunch of other extremely dope cats are on there droppin' knowledge, plus some nice street dudes doin' their thing.

They also got mad freestyle sessions on there. I'd have to put this joint right up there with my fav DVD's
