Ok, I wanna set up my computer so that it will have different accounts, but one administrator, and the other accounts will be limited accounts, but i also want to restrict them from downloading, going on specific websites, and IMing....the reason is my lil bro goes on too much porn, and ive had soo much damn spywear on the computer, i had to delete my hard drive once already, dont want to do it again....i know windows has the account manager thing, but that doesnt stop him from visiting websites and IM'in and downloading...Thanks and props in advance for the help

just add him as a normal user, and dont add him to the administrators group. this will stop him installing software, not using it though. if you really want to get technical, in windows you can use things called group policies which restrict things like running certain programs, browsing certain websites etc..
