I'll be completly honest, I'm an Aftermath fan and I believe they have been on top since '99. But Imma be real as far is critiqing there releases:

Dr. Dre presents...The Aftermath: Had a few good songs, but all in all was very dissapointing. (2/5)

The Firm: The Album: Had a few great songs, but had more wack ones. (2/5)

The Slim Shady LP: This was a very dope album, and a welcome introduction to Eminem. (4.5/5)

Chronic 2001: Extraordinary. This is album is a fuckin' classic. (5/5)

The Marshall Mathers LP: ^^^^^^ (5/5)

The Wash Soundtrack: Dope Soundtrack. (3.5/5)

Truthfully Speaking: A dope album that was heavilly overlooked. (3.5/5)

The Eminem Show: A good album, but a big step down from his previous. (3/5)

Get Rich Or Die Tryin': A very good debut... with alot of great songs, but had a few tracks that were waay too commercially wack. (3.5/5)

ENCORE: Had a few good songs, but Em's experimentation with this LP went to the wack side. (1.5/5)

The Documentary: Dope Album. Great debut. Has it's flaws...but for a begginer, it's hot. (4/5)

The Massacre: A couple good songs, but most of it was boring garbage. (1/5)

As for Shady/G-Unit... only the 8-Mile Soundtrack, Devil's Night, and Str8 Outta Cashville are listenable. The rest is either subpar or wack. I could care less about them, anyway.

How can u call The Firm & Dr. Dre presents The Aftermath good albums and expect ppeople to take ur opinion seriously ?

ENCORE: Had a few good songs, but Em's experimentation with this LP went to the wack side. (1.5/5)

The Massacre: A couple good songs, but most of it was boring garbage. (1/5)

My question for you:

How do you expect people to take your opinion seriously if you rate Encore higher than The Massacre?

LOL!

Simple. Both were wack albums, both had alot of singin', both had average production, BUT ! Eminem still shits on 50 as an mc.

Any more questons ?

aftermath compilation (2.5/5) had some nice cuts and some weird shit

the firm (3/5) had classic cuts and had wack cuts, remember there was like 5 labels involved in this project not only the math

SSLP (4/5) grat debut packed with crazy lines and punch lines.. a coupel of nice cocepts of songs.. showed the battling side of em

dre 2001 (5/5) 1 word CLASSIC

MMLP (4.5) although i like SSLP more... this album showed another side of eminem.. i call that lyrical growth

the was soundtrack (2.5/5) aight soundtrack had nice cuts nuthin special.. hence only going gold

eminem show (5/5) best eminem work IMO eminem produced it and wrote it..... showed all sides of em's lyrical ability

truth hurts (3.5) production is flawless... truth aint that gr8 as singer though.. hurt her sales alot the sample trial and the R kelly shit

get rich or die trying (4.5) this album is SOLID, 50's lyrics.. the production .. the hooks.. almost flawless too bad had trax such as like my style and poor lil rich

ENCORE (3/5) carbon copy of eminem show.. too bad eminem released a project that basically didnt show any growth...

the documentary (4.9/5) i want to give it a 5.. too bad game did the name dropping thing alot, other than that its flawless... could be played from track 1-18

the massacre (4/5) SOLID album.. 50 didnt lyrically fall off lyrically.. actually he spit better than grodt but he kept talking about the same shit.... production had some slips... too much commercial scott storch shit.. 50 had his reasons dre was too busy producing game

CLASSIC.... west is BACK

How is Roc-a-Fella's dynasty gonna kill them ? Em killed Jigga on his own song, and Beens ? LMAO please... none of them have an album remotely close to 2001. And if you wanna talk commercialism, Jay-Z has put out more pop singles than 50 Cent, lol

I consider them a dream team beacuse Dre, Em. and 50 are all superstars.

They might not have the greatest roster on THEIR labels, but check it out:

they're businessmen.  They own record labels, which is the biz of selling records.  Have they sold a lot of records? Yes.  If they can make D-12 go platinum.  In their eyes "job done."  I don't agree with a lot of the decisions they make, but you can't deny that their success.  I'd love to see them put out Pharoahe Monch though...and what about Young Zee?

When it's all said and done, you can't deny what they do...even if you don't like their shit.

And I'm not one of their "groupie fans"...just a listener.

Let's not forget who wrote one of the most memorable songs on 2001. LOL.

The Truth, The Reason, The B.Coming >>>>>> Eminem's albums.

Diplomatic Immunity Disc 1 and 2 >>>>>>>>>>>>>> D-12's albums.

Jigger's weakest album >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Any 50 album.

College Dropout >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Documentary.

Come Home With Me >>>>>>>>>>>>> Cheers.

2001 is the only album Aftermath/Shady got that is sorta unmatchable. So in reality, all but one album from this so called "Aftermath/Shady Dynasty" is as good or better than a Roc's best shit.
