power 106 fm or the beat 100.3 ?
When i was in l.a. in february i was down pnly with big boy and power 106.....and at the busta rhymes concert when big boy comes the crowd went bananas!

I listen to power 106 in san diego.  Big Boy is tight as fuck.  But damn 106 has waayyyyyyyyyyyyy too many commercials for me.  And even though they do put good shit on, there is still a lot of crap that gets way to much radio play.  Such as Nelly's its hot in here, camron's oh boy, ja rule's whats love got to do with it.

Power 106 is better but i used to like it better a few years back when they mixed it up with music a little more and shit when it was considered "LA's party station" not "Blazin Hip Hop & R & B"

100.3 The Beat is wayyyy too R&B...It's like 51% R&B and 49% Hip Hop...The Beat was a lot doper than it is now back when it was 92.3...

But I dont really keep the radio on one station...If there aint no dope songs on Power Ill switch too The Beat and Vice Versa...


another aight hip hop station in LA is "Q1047" (104.7)...It's probably as good as The Beat...They play more Underground Hip Hop than any other station...Only problem is it has bad reception in areas...PeAcE





Oh yea, and for whoever asked if Snoop is down with the Beat over Power...Hes down with both stations, but his radio-show comes on The Beat, so yea, hes down with the beat more than he's down with power (at the moment, since his radio show switches from "The Beat" too "Power" all the time)...Peace...

the beat used to be better than power....when they had theo and julio g...actually the radio was hard back then....theo, julio g, baka boyz, big boy....all that shit was tight....then the baka boys jetted from power to the beat...they got kinda wack...then they left...and went to the bay...from the bay they went to texas i heard....anyway....big boy went to the morning and had it poppin....the beat had already got rid of theo...they were still poppin off with julio g....julio g made the beat tight....next thing u know julio g was gone...and the beat already had steve harvey and all these people who played nothin but r n b....the beat became super wack...they got rid of the wake up show too...which was a HUGE mistake...two of their highest rated shows they got rid of...IDIOTS...power had fellie fell who played tight shit....tito got old already....after u hear him for so many years and meet him so many times u get tired of him...koolaid is a dumb fat ugly dyke bitch who dont know shit about music....johnny cuervo has one of the most annoying voices....jeff garcia is tight though....really though the radio is so wack that i hardly listen to it...eric cubiche on the beat plays and has some good shit on his show....since hes in tune with the west he has alot of west shit on his show...he dj'd for the wake up show so he knows whats up with the unda....plus him and felli used to diss each other...lol....but id have to go with power in the end of it....
