hey i wouldnt reccomend that shit......remember the body is made for survival, you can go without food for like 30 days or somethingbest way for weight loss is SMALL, FREQUENT meals.so eat like 4-6 small meals a day.and cut carbs after 5/6pm when your body metabolizes them slower.
