Makaveli/Ready To Die Vs. Illmatic/Reasonable Doubt
« on: June 05, 2005, 01:59:05 PM »
I think this poll is a little better than the other, seeing as it's these 4 artists best albums to date.

I gotta go with pac and big, although illmatic is my fav of the four, peace.

The point of my poll was to see what beef created better music rather than comparing their best albums.

I'm going with Nas and Jay since MATW is my fav Pac album.

on this board, even Better Dayz/Born Again, would prolly stand a chance, but to me it´s Illmatic/Reasonable Doubt. None of those albums can fuck with Illmatic IMO, all the other 3 are pretty close

Voted for Nas & Jay-Z... Because imo illmatic > ready to die, and reasonable doubt > makaveli.

1) Nas - Illmatic
2) Notorious B.I.G. - Ready to die
3) Jay-Z - Reasonable doubt
4) 2Pac - Makaveli

Damn, I'm gonna be shitted on for putting Makaveli 4th in that list.

Makaveli/Ready To Die no contest! It's not even close!

hahahahaha @ "It's not even close" and at a couple of fools that actually agree.
I have money on that The Don Kiluminati: The 7 Day Theory is the only album outta the four that they have heard.

I'd go with Blueprint/Stillmatic, All Eyez On Me is vastly overrated and Life After Death had too many weak tracks and pointless skits before tracks for me.

Prehaps a more interesting contest would be Me Against The World/Ready To Die vs Illmatic/Reasonable Doubt as at least these were all released within a couple of years of one another.

yeh that is a nice idea that you had... ::)
