PC is Slow as FUCK

I dont know man... "It was all good just a week ago" but now it's so slow, it says the virtual memory is too low but im not downloading anything but music... I got windows XP and im defragmenting it... Any tip plz?

put a greddy twin turbo kit on it wit an intercooler and if u want it suppppper fast put a Noz kit on it too

how much free space you got ?

if you have more than one partition or HDD move the swapfile to a disk with more space..

get some 2 ram sticks  preferabbly 512mb PC 3200 or 4000 that should help if u dont already have a gig or ram or so
