Nas & JT the Bigga Figga QB 2 Compton
« on: July 09, 2002, 02:20:32 PM »
Has anybody heard this CD yet?  I ordered it at the same time I ordered X-Raided and Kingpen and King T "Thy Kingdom come".  Those Nas tracks are bangin'!  He sounds SO much better over west coast influenced production.

I have no idea.  I didn't know what to expect when I ordered it....It's a legit CD though.  I've listened to it a couple of times already.

actually its the game and nas presented by jt...the game is from compton...i believe it was nima who dropped us with this first....the game sounds very much like shyne....but he gets on memphis bleek pretty hard on MEMPH BLEEK IZ, jt disses bleek on MILLIONAIRE PIRATES....nas does come off better on a west coast track though....btw the x-raided and kingpend is g'd up....

These tracks are the leftovers from I AM and are not Westcoast at all. Don't you feel silly. Now you know that Nas is talented, and can probably realize that Nas always sounds this tight; you just haven't listened.

Well, I wasn't feelin' Nas music until I heard "Stillmatic".  I still don't like any of his other CD's that much.  His lyrics are decent, but I don't like the east-coast production.  I guess the production on "QB 2 Compton" made his flow come alive--for me at least.

Some of the names of the Nas songs on the rip tracklisting were wrong too, and the bonus track 2 is "Everybody's Crazy" which was a bonus track on "Stillmatic", don't know why the rippers said Nas sold these songs to JT  :-/

I think that if you take one of the 'O's' out of 'Good' it's 'God', if you add a 'D' to 'Evil' it's the 'Devil'. I think some cool motherfucker sat down a long time ago and said 'let's figure out a way to control motherfuckers'.
