Question about a Shady Records concert in Barcelona

To be exact this is the same concert where they used the Eminem Business concert clip for his single.Well I just downloaded this concert & the quality is horrible.I remember seeing some short length footage of this somewhere else & the quality of it was DVD.Im wondering tho if the whole concert got released on some DVD.
