anyone else think jayz ruined the beat on blueprint 2?

K ive heard like 12 different rappers rhyme over the blue print 2 beat, that beat knocks like anybody who can rap at all can sound good over that beat, so why wasnt that song bigger??! I'll tell you why cuz Jay-z's rhyming in that track was fuckin terrible, no flow and not to mention that gay austin powers inpersonation he does in the chorus. Am I the only one who thinks this?
