VOB to Mpeg question.

Anybody know how i can change a vob file into a mpeg or a wmv? I've ripped a dvd scene to my hard-drive but now it's a VOB file which i can't play
or upload. I have dvddycrypter but i don't know if it's possible to change a vob into a mpeg or wmv with this program. Anybody know? Thanx.
