Stromile Swift will end up at Houston or New York from all indications thus far. He is athletic, but still, not the highest Bball IQ in the world. And he probably thinks he is worth more than he is in reality. The only way you will get him BESIDES signing him straight up, which Antonio pointed out you wont be able to, is taking on someone like Cardinal or Bonzi's contract, coz Memphis want cap relief.

As for getting Kwame easily lol, right. That is all the Wizards have no in order to replace Hughes, they are shopping around for a decent guard, you WILL NOT get him, AND keep Butler. It simply isnt happening. He may not be worth a lot in light of his efforts so far, but that untapped potential still puts a princely sum over his head...

I can guarentee you the Lakers will NOT have a starting line up of:
PG Caron Butler
SG Kobe Bryant
SF Lamar Odom
PF Stromile Swift
C Kwame Brown

would be a good team, but its not gonna happen...

Laker fans are spoiled.. noone in his right mind would even think of a championship with his team in such a situation/moderate roster, but Lakerfans of course do  :D
Cause I don't care where I belong no more
What we share or not I will ignore
And I won't waste my time fitting in
Cause I don't think contrast is a sin
No, it's not a sin

Is funny how people hate on Lakers fans for our mantality...i also think the LAkers are going to win the championship, that's b/c we won 3 straight & we have 14 overall & been to the finals 25 times..that's just how we think..we're not fuckin warrior fans that would be happy just reaching 47 wins & maybe the playoffs..

I won't be happy with the Lakers only reaching the fnals, let alone only making playoffs...Us Lakers fans only settle for the best. I'm not saying they'll take it all for sure, but it's best to keep faith.
