if you are still looking to get that dude back that gave you the phone call then here is a prank. You might have already heard this one before but oh well.

take a can of shaving cream and put it in the freezer and leave it in their for a whole day. When you pull it out you can crack the metal casing off of it and will be left will a frozen block of foam. Stick that in the dudes car. Once is heats up it will start to expand A LOT. Then sit back and laugh at the guy.

it would fill up the whole car. I have even heard a story of someone doing that to someones vw bug and it blasted the windows out. Put it in his house or something.
