WTF happened to steve harvey and the beat...?

Alright guys, i know it's been a while since the beat replaced him or since he left... but i never got the real story and source.... i found out the hard way that he wasn't there when POWER 106 was playing one of those corny LIL' ROB songs and i had to channel surf...
1. i've heard he got fired
2. i heard he left on his own free will...

can someone tell me what happened? thanks

i could care less, steve harvey was wack anyway, Now JOHN SALLEY, the Guy who single handedly helped the lakers win a championship (so he says) is their host, how amazing! he's fuckin wack too, fuck the beat in the morning, i listen to 97.1 all morning untill 12, thats when i turn to power for the ol skool show, and then afternoons i turn the radio off

He left on his own. It was really sudden, too....only like a week's notice. The guy tends to be an asshole anyways, so I'm sure he was pissed over a money issue and quit.

I actually liked Harvey and found him funny, but his sidekick.....that bitch had the most annoying voice and was sooooo boring.

John Salley is complete trash. Big boy bores me. I just listen to Howard Stern in the mornings.

yea i like steve's bold way of comedy

i think he did leave on his own terms..... he took that show from the 27 spot in tha mornings to the #1 spot a few times, must've been doin somethin right..

what happened to his t.v. show , i went to a couple of tapings shit was off tha hook

steve harveys big time challenge
