how is it totally seperate? i thought boom boom clap was done as promotion.. so that should be in heavy rotation before the single is dropped. no?
as for the song, its scott storch, to me he's really overrated, he's just okay though,
he has made some real bangers but he isn't consistent enough.

boom boom clap was a mixtape track that was given to (i think) felli fell JUST for one of his mixtapes.. dude played it on the radio when he shouldnt have and the buzz grew from there... due to the demands of the fans crooked i put the better version up on his website for the fans there.

therefore the song is not, and was not related in any way to crooked i's album.

i'm not sure about how it ended up on that movie soundtrack or where the video shoot came from or why thats being held up.. i'll have to ask.

the only other thing i know about the video is that dubcnn was at the shoot and shot lots of footage.. BUT.. they have all our tapes (and those of any other media there) and that when they are set to release the video they will return the tapes. this was an anti leak measure on their part.. and to me seems something weird that i'd never heard of happening before.
