Sounds too much like Dre for it not to be him, imo.

The beat's like an updated version of "In Da Hood". The drums sound like he used them from the same kit for "Gunz Come Out". Plus, that bugged out flute synth sounds like his style. Maybe it's produced by Dre & Focus. Afterall, Focus does play keys and is set to be Dre's Mel-Man for the Detox album. Maybe Scott Storch played the keys.

storch made slow rnb tracks like Mario Let me love you or Beyonce Me, Myself n I so it doesn't surprise me

i know scott storch has made slow rnb tracks but curious doesn't sound like any of his other productions including those rnb tracks he's done. a definite change of style if its him.
