I don't know if that's the reason people mix it, but Dutch weed is usually stronger than any other weed. I've heard that from several Americans (including people from Cali ) Not all blunts have tabacco in it though.

If i smoke hash i mix it with tobacco, it burns better, but i don't usually mix tobacco with weed, but i don't smoke weed alot, i smoke hash, and by the way...I JUST FUCKIN LOVE HASH, ITS BETTER THEN WEED  We use bongs, and we use alot of other shit too though, but i can't explain that shit cuz i don't know what the names are (if you translate them into english  )
