Big Elections in Germany today
« on: September 18, 2005, 03:10:13 AM »
I'm going out to participate right now ... I'll keep y'all posted, pretending that you give a shit.

It's Schröder (SPD) vs. Merkel (CDU)

The Green party (B-90) has a coalition with the Social Democrats (SPD) and the Liberals (FDP) have a coalition with the Christian Union (CDU). The 5th party expected to get over 5% is the Left-Wing party. I'm going to vote for the FDP. Peace.
Cause I don't care where I belong no more
What we share or not I will ignore
And I won't waste my time fitting in
Cause I don't think contrast is a sin
No, it's not a sin

so far it looks like a nightmare.. the SPD was a lot stronger than anyone expected and the CDU a lot weaker, almost as weak as the SPD. god dammit. that means no 2-party coalition (except SPD and CDU but that would be retarded) gets over 50% which means everythings is messed up. omg.
