Luxembourg is a little country near from the East of France (very near from my house  8). People have very good incomes,  and lots of stuffs are cheaper (alcohol, it depends on which kind though, cigarettes and oil , though taxes start to increase). Overall, it's a cool country, some dope clubs and fine girls ( some hot Portugaese )

More like a tax haven to rich businessmen from all over Europe.. that's why their GDP per capita is twice/thrice the rest of the countries..
Half of European businessmen/investors got their money placed there.

How much did Holland drop?

2002
2003
2004

without a doubt man but for the same job you earn twice what you would earn in France. (taxes are one of the reason but not the only one in this case) . Lots of French people go to work at Luxembourg. Even if you have a "dirty" job you will have a decent income

"One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. "Which road do I take?" she asked. "Where do you want to go?" was his response. "I don't know," Alice answered. "Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."

I think this is pretty meaningless. But you cant really measure opportunity. So I guess literacy will do.
