YO SEER - WHAT HAPPENED TO LIMITING THE SIZE OF THE PICS?

just wondering what happened to the gread idea someone had a while ago of limiting the amount and limiting the size of pics in sigs. i tell u it's a pain in the ass when i'm at work and not supposed to be reading dubcc.com and i have to scroll through more of people's sig's than i do of what they're actually posting....just wondering.....

well the left hand side is limited.. but the forum cant really control the lower sig..

i get the ones that are really stupid.. and the animated ones with about 5 meg of movies when i can
