Do you believe New Orlean's leeve was blown by the gov't?

For those who don't know what i'm talking about, please don't respond.
From fox news...(sorry don't have the link..but check out foxnews.com, "hannity and colmes" Show)
Luis Farachaun, Islam leader,claims that a "diver" placed an explosive on the leeve and has proofs through a video.  Unfortunately, he didn't really have it even though he claimed it.

Now, I was wondering (to the viewers) do you still believe that it was blown by a explosive?  Explain.

LOL I was watching the same show. Louis Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam are always claiming crazy conspiracies by the government. No one takes them seriously.
