Tools to build a budget?

Hey any of yall use a program or a website or whatever to build your budget? i tried microsoft money but didnt really like it is there other alternatives? thanks for the answers.. if theres any.. hopefully

Microsoft Excel works fine for me, but i thaught how to use it in my economy-class, may be hard if you haven't used it...
