What makes a "good" song a "Hit" song?

Sup, I've been wondering what makes a song a HIT song if you look at it from a producers perspective.
Everybody makes beats these days, but only very few bein able to produce those "Hit" song.
What is a "hit" song? When is a song a "hit" song in your eyes?
