This isn't a rap related death, but when I wuz a young kid, I used 2 listen 2 a lot of rocc, which included a band called Alice In Chains..... now I no longer listen 2 rocc, but there r still a few dope songs they made. Well, Alice In Chains lead singer Layne Staley wuz found dead....

Layne Staley, whose dark, soulful voice defined pioneering Seattle grunge-metal band Alice in Chains, was found dead on Friday in his apartment in the city's University District. He was 34.

Police said heroin paraphernalia was found near the body and that Staley had been laying dead for about two weeks before a relative found him.

yea i heard about that shit....its fucked up...i liked alice in chains....but the worst rock death in the past 10 years has to be kurt cobain....2nd to me is brad nowell from sublime....that band was crazy...they used to rep the lbc harder that snoop(lol not really but they repped it hard)....r.i.p. all of them
