Im 6'1 160...I dont work out at all, but I can bench 150.So I can pretty much bench my weight...Is that good?
I have never maxed out. I work out with a 100 pound barbell for benches, and 25 pound dumbell for curls, etc.
damn we got a bunch of pussy's in here...benching your weight is average.......i actually workout everyday...i'm 6'...185..bench 315...22...when i was 15 i could bench 225 at a weight of 155.... used to be able to do like 335 about a year ago..but bench pressing doesnt really mean as much as people think..it's mainly an ego thing.........if anyone needs help with workouts or strength gain,supplements, or anything else...go to www.bodybuilding.com...they got a good message board too
