How Much Can You Guys Bench?

Hey, I hope I made It In The Right Section, Well, How much Can You guys Bench? How Tall Are You, and How much Do you Weight? And How Old are You? I bench 170 Im 6.4 and 210 Lbs..15 Years Old How about You?

ive never tried to max out but when i work out i do 175 set of 12,10,8

Im 6'1 160...I dont work out at all, but I can bench 150.

So I can pretty much bench my weight...Is that good?

I'm 24, 6'6" tall,  285 pounds. I have never maxed out. I work out with a 100 pound barbell for benches, and 25 pound dumbell for curls, etc.

damn we got a bunch of pussy's in here...benching your weight is average.......i actually workout everyday...i'm 6'...185..bench 315...22...when i was 15 i could bench 225 at a weight of 155.... used to be able to do like 335 about a year ago..but bench pressing doesnt really mean as much as people think..it's mainly an ego thing.........if anyone needs help with workouts or strength gain,supplements, or anything else...go to www.bodybuilding.com...they got a good message board too

bench press does mean alot and its also an ego thing, its one of the only pec excersises that packs serious mass. And the bodybuilding.com board isn't that good, too many internet gangstas. i try to only read proven stuff and not the kind u will find on a message board cus that just fucks your mind up.

You workout every day? how many split days and which body parts together?

chest/tri's........legs/bi's......shoulders/back.....then repeat and take sunday off....4exercises at 4 sets for each body part...calves/forearms at least 3 times a week(you can work them every day)...abs..everyday if you want a washboard...take creatine/whey protein
