I'd have to say Paid in Full. A brief synposis: Ace (Wood Harris) is an impressionable young man working for a dry cleaning business. His friend, drug dealer Mitch (Mekhi Phifer) goes to prison. In an unrelated incident, he finds some cocaine in a pants pocket. Soon, Ace finds himself dealing cocaine for Lulu (Esai Morales). Via lucky breaks and solid interpersonal skills, Ace moves to the top of the Harlem drug world. Of course, unfaithful employees and/or rivals conspire to bring about Ace's fall.

I know, I'm just being a hater.
Rico's charecter was the best but camerons acting was far from superb (like most rappers are).
The 2 homies I was watching it with, thought his actng wasn't that good though, so naturally 2 against one, majority rule, democracy dosn't work, etc. etc.

"One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. "Which road do I take?" she asked. "Where do you want to go?" was his response. "I don't know," Alice answered. "Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."
