I have a question for anyone who would know this...Could hotboxing a car possibly fuck up your CD player? I have a CD player in my whip which has already stopped working twice, possibly from hotboxing. Everytime I put a disc in, it says "check disc"...I'm wondering if the smoke got trapped in the chamber, damaging the lense, causing it not to read CD's properly or something...Is this a good possibility, or does Nissan keep giving me faulty CD players?

Really? Because I had it replaced once, but the same thing happened to the new player again after a few sessions in the whip. Most the time I won't even hotbox, I'll leave a window cracked, but I think smoke still gets trapped in the disc-changer chambers. Sometimes when I'm smoking and the CD player is playing music at the same time, the player'll start making weird loading noises, like it's strugglin to read the disc or something...I dunno, I'm always left with no music to blaze to cuz of this shit, it pisses me off...
