2Pac, EASILY.

Snoop made one classic album, and his lyrics have become very repetitive as of late. Pac, on the other hand, put more emotion into lyrics and was way more diverse than Snoop was, especially when it came to subject matter. Plus, Pac made 3 classic albums.

I agree, 2Pac was much better than Snoop Dogg, Every album 2Pac released was either very good or classic. Snoop only made one classic album the rest are good, average or poor. Snoop Dogg now sounds boring, soft and raps too slow. 2Pac had more emotion, the songs Snoop tried to put emotion into were nowhere near as good as Dear Mama or Keep Ya Head Up. 2Pac did political rap like Trapped, White Mans World or Wordz of Wisdom. Snoop hasn't really done any of that. 2Pac could make every song he rapped on good and you could feel everything he said.

But I'm a do it like this so your crew will know
Tie your leg to a car, tie the other to a pole
Talk shit and laugh cause I got the gift of gab
Hop in the car, hit the gas, watch your ass split in half

PAC WITOUT A DOUBT,  tha only thing snoop had on pac was flow,  an know snoops flow aint even as good as pac's,  pac had great flow,  but when snoop was on top of his game, its proberly tha best rap has ever seen.  When it came to emotion,  pac,  no rapper had that.  Subject matter,  pac easily witout a doubt.  Pac 3 classics,  snoop had one,  pac never went wack like snoop.  Pac was better than snoop in every catagory.  I find it funny how pac fans can support there answer but yet snoop fans jus say suptin like fo sheezy snoop

Pac. he didnt have much on the lyrics side, but he had emotion.

However, if it was comparing them both when they were ontop of their game, snoop.

Mighty Whitey: How can u say that 2Pac didn't have much skille lyrically? he's one of the rappers with the dopest lyrics ever! 'im not saying he's the best but he definitly had huge talent lyrically... check these verses:
From Krazy:

Last year was a hard one
But life goes on
I hold my head against the wall
Learning right from wrong
They say my ghetto instrumental
Detrimental to kids
As if they can't see the misery
In which they live
Lately, for the outcome, damn I'm reckless
Check it
You don't have to bump this but please respect it
I took a minus and now the hard times are behind us
Turned into a plus, now they stuck living blinded
Hennessy got me feelin bad
Time to stop drinkin
Rollin, in my drop top Jag
What's that cops thinkin?
Sittin in my car, watch the stars and smoke
I came along way but still I got so far to go
Dear mama, don't worry
I'm a watch for snakes
Tell Seikywa that I love her, but it's hard today
I got the letter that she sent me and I cried for weeks
This is what came out, when I tried to speak
All I heard was

From Got My Mind Made Up:

So mandatory my elevation my lyrics like orientation
So you can be more familiar with the nigga you're facing
We must be patient nothing better than communication
Known to damage and highly flammable like gas stations
Sorry I left that ass waiting
No more procrastination give up to fate and get that ass shaking
I'm busting and making motherfuckers panic
Don't take your life for granted put that ass in the dirt
You swear the bitch was planted
My lyrics motivate the planet
It's similar to Rhythm Nation
But thugged out, forgive me Janet
Who's in control?
I'm activating your soul
You know, the way this games getting told
Yo, two years ago a friend of mine
Told me Alizé and Cristal blows your mind
Bear witness to the dopest fucking rhyme I wrote
Taking off my coat, clearing my throat

U ain't NEVER going to see the dogg put down verses like that.

My vote goes for 2Pac.... NO DOUBT!
