YGD Tha Top Dogg - We don't love em
« on: November 05, 2005, 12:46:06 PM »
I just downloaded his album from the hookup spot, props to Okka (how did u get this shit)?

But damn...this song, #9, is definitely the best song on here, and it has that strong 96-99 Quik Rhythmalism feel to it. This song coulda been big in LA if it had come out.

That's pretty lame when muthafuckas upload shit on here and can't get access to the "Hook up Spot".

It's not like I'm trying to leech, I've uploaded shit here too.... ::)

yeah i been playin that track since it came out. top dogg was pretty good, but everyone just wrote him off as a snoop clone and never peepd his music. those snippets that nino used to upload wre real nice

Yea I saw that Quik produced it...that's really the only reason I downloaded the CD. I didn't know it was on Chronic 2000 though.

Well...he really is nothin but a Snoop clone, and nothin near as nice as Snoop. He's just like Tha Realest is to Pac...sounds a bit like him and looks like him but that's where it stops.

LOL nahhh....not at all to me, not even close, not even a lil bit. Only if you like that strong 98 type of west coast rap, and you don't like any modern Snoop shit. R&G wasn't bad to me...definitely not great or whatever, but it had some good songs on there.
