Rumor up here is that it's Flip who is trying to get the lotto pick. The 'Wolves don't want to see Love walk and after Adelman retires this offseason, Flip might reset the 'Wolves completely UNLESS he can get Love to commit long time.

I'm fine with any of those in the top 3. My personal favorite is Scott, I've been hoping he'd coach the Lakers for a long time. But I am really, really impressed with Ollie. I just hope he is not a flash in the pan coach, and only good because he took over a good program. But I would love if the Lakers give him a chance and maybe find that next great coach before any other team knows it, like a Pat Riley.

Nah, too old, I like him, but I don't think he's the right fit.

Nah, too old, I like him, but I don't think he's the right fit.

plus he wasnt too great at controlling egos, look at melo when he was at the nuggets. and it needs to be someone that isnt afraid to step up to kobe (regarding minutes and such) and someone that he respects.

scott with frank, rhambis, on the team running the triangle would be ideal.

it was pretty ridiculous how we were going to do the 'princeton offense' or the run and gun offense when we literally had a roster that was built for the triangle.

thats because he was a great coach. but he couldn't control melo or JR, they'd disrespect him on live tv and in his face.

i mean not that controlling egos matters, coward left. kobe will respect him if he has a good game plan and can adjust when needed, which is something karl excels at. he can play half court sets or make them run. which was something phil was doing with our starting line up and bench.

i really don't know if the triangle is even the best option for us now. it was when we had coward, but i just don't know now.
