i dont say it. i used to growing up as a youth. but growing up youre in more mature situations, so i stopped using it.

Im Mexican, Ive lived with Black People all my life, my cousins are black, i know i can say it if i want to, but i choose not to. My brother uses it when he's with his friends, they dont have a problem with it at all. I told one of my friends if they had a problem with white people calling him a nigger, he said they are allowed to use it only if he deserves to be called a nigger, like if he does something stupid, or he acts like a dick or whatever, but if they use it just to hate on him because of his skin color then thats when problems happen.

nigger is also for any race, and we back home use to refer to ignorant people in general.  all of my closest friends are black, and they call me theyre nigga and ill call it to them.  no one is sayin it to be degradin.  thats how shit goes down in brentwood.
