Author Topic: Tom Mesereau reveals shocking evidence about the first kid who accused Michael  (Read 166 times)

Trauma-san

Get this, Thomas Mesereau, who was Michael Jackson's lawyer in his molestation case, gave a speech at Harvard University on November 29th.

During the question and answer period, lots of questions were asked about the trial, including the following, when a member of the audience asked him about Michael's first accuser, from 1993, whom Michael reached a multi million dollar out of court settlement with, and since then has claimed it was all blackmail, he did nothing wrong, and has recently said that he wouldn't have settled except Sony & Pepsi were pressuring him to make the case go away.

Anyways, Tom Mesereau said this a few days ago about that first case.

MESEREAU: Now the one you’re talking about never showed up. He’s the one who got the settlement in the early 90s. And my understanding is prosecutors tried to get him to show up and he wouldn’t.

If he had, I had witnesses who were going to come in and say he told them it never happened. And that he would never talk to his parents again for what they made him say.

And it turned out he had gone into court and gotten legal emancipation from his parents. His mother testified that she hadn’t talked to him in 11 years. So, you know, there was a problem there as well.

the funny part is that it's not even that shocking to people who knew about details of that case. People wouldn't even consider talkin all that shit about michael if they weren't too ignorant to actually know what they talkin about.

props for the info
