Especially in Compton. That area isn't increasing in value. But the refinancing rate is really low over here right now.

uh, the housing market in the US is fucking booming.  You can't buy a house in some areas - you have to enter a lottery just to bid on houses.  And this is from NY to Oklahoma to all over out west - Phoenix, Vegas, all over Cali.  Peeps think it gonna drop off soon but there isn't an end in sight.
