That will never happen.  Some Cities have come close to fine poeple that wear that have sagging jeans though.  But I doubt the hats or hoody thing will ever bcome an issue in the U.S

Internet cafes are crazy though. I used to go when I was younger and you had people slanging uppers to people so they can stay up all night long and play games. I heard a couple people got shot around there. All over some fuckin' computer games lol

yeah either in the u.k or australia, there were 2 counter strike groups... after one of the teams lost he either whipped out a blade or gun and killed one of the opponents... i'm pretty sure they were asians..

so what happened then?

so the first day of class i come in with my hat on, and he says that he is going to deduct class participation points if i cant follow the rules, so i told him that i will only wear my hat to 1 of the 3 classes a week.  im trying to compromise here.  he still didnt like the idea, but i did it anywya, fuck if that nigga is goin to tell me how to dress.  im not doing anythign wrong, im behaving, i can wear whatever i want.  didnt do so hot in the class thogh.  and now i get this clown next semester, i havent had this prof for a year but he is teaching me in a class im taking in january and i might have to kiss his ass and not wear a hat cause i did so bad those first 2 semesters that on my 4th semester i still could do bad enough to have to fo home, and fuck that.  my 3rd semester which just passed, i got a final average of 3.08 and i am so fucking proud of myself.
