I agree because if the people don't consume (due to too high taxes) the companies don't sell, make less profit, have to fire people, those people get unemployed and don't have no money and consume even less, means even less money for the government from taxes and even less exchange for the companies.. inflation might also happen cause nobody is investing, means prices go up too. highway to hell.

Cause I don't think contrast is a sin
No, it's not a sin

that dudes a biter... its a Sir Winston Churchill quote.. the full quote goes..

"It is the theory of the protectionist that imports are evil ... we free-traders say it is not true. To think that you can make a man richer by putting on a tax is like a man thinking that he can stand in a bucket and lift himself up by the handle."

I agree with that quote. If you want evidence, look at the strength of the US economy compared to those of the high tax, socialist countries like Canada and in Europe.

LMAO... you really are an idiot, aren't you?
You attribute the strength of the U.S. economy to our "low taxes"?

I hope you realize that the quote actually criticizes the U.S. government's policy on taxation.

Okay, let's discuss.

Trauma, I know your conservative and pro-war and pro-Bush, so I hope you realize that it is a documented and proven fact that the large chunk of our taxes isn't going to what Reagan termed "wellfare queens" but rather it is going towards our inflated military budget that has formented a US military presence in 100 countries around the world and is currently engaged in various covert and overt war activities throughout the world.

So my question to you is if you really want to reduce the taxes then your asking America to drastically decrease the size of it's military. Are you okay with that?  And if so, then why do you continually support all of America's military interventions?  Do you not see your blatant hypocrisy and/or ignorance?

I would have to argue that Canada is not a socialist country, more of a Tory-paternalistic society. We've actually been undoing the welfare state and our unemployment is at a 30-year low.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

Actually it's my bad... he's a financial talk show host I listen to, and a listener emailed him the quote with no attribution... I thought it was good so I just attributed it to Dave.  Winston Churchill was a gangster too though.

I know to you ignorant bigots it may be so, but not everything in this world is black and white.

This may strike you as shocking, but tax policy isn't the only thing that sets the two parties apart. Not everybody has the same main concern... people look at other factors and issues... some of those may be of more importance than tax policy.

The Mormon pussy doesn't want to discuss.

By the way... don't forget to mention the fact that billions and billions of our tax dollars are going to Israel every year (for new bombs used to demolish entire Palestinian villages aka collateral damage when trying to kill 1 suspect).... and then another couple billion sent to Egypt just to keep peace with Israel.

Yeah, let's NOT provide more poor people with healthcare in our own country, but instead let's buy other countries some bombs.

The moment Arab states stop funding terrorism Israel will not need this support money, I agree but with this one condition. Right now,and for the last few decades, Israel is\has been among the major safeguards from global terrorism.
We are all human beings isn't that a good enough reason for peace?
